Right of Withdrawal & Refunds
For consumers purchasing dictation time
Using the free trial is free of charge and does not constitute a purchase. The following applies to the paid purchase of dictation time (credit).
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
For a contract for the supply of digital content/services (here: dictation time usable immediately), the right of withdrawal expires if, at checkout, you
- expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and
- confirmed your awareness that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
We obtain this consent separately at the time of purchase. Where the purchased dictation time has not yet been used at the time of withdrawal, we will of course refund the corresponding amount.
